There are no specific age requirements to use our service. For minors, parents, legal guardians or authorized caregivers are responsible for the supervision and monitoring of their children’s use of the service. If your child is using the service without your consent, please contact us so that we can regulate their use of the service.

Limitation of Liability
You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to limit Vertue and its executives, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates liability for any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses, or damages of any nature whatsoever, including attorney and expert witness fees and costs, from any cause or causes, so that the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vertue. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or causes of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise specifically prohibited by law. If you do not accept this limitation on liability, you are not authorized to use Vertue.
Consent to Communication
When you become a Member, you agree and consent to receive email, phone call, text, and messages from us. These emails may be transactional or relationship communications relating to Vertue, such as administrative notices and service announcements or changes, or commercial offers.
Membership Terms
You are responsible for the security of your account and you should keep your password safe and not let others use your account. If you have a shared computer or device you should protect access to your Vertue account. If your account is used incorrectly, you should change your password and contact us right away.

You agree that to use the service, Vertue may preserve your information, access it, and disclose it as required by law, including for the purpose of legal process, enforcement of agreements, responding to claims of 3rd parties, responding to customer requests or your requests, or protecting rights, property or safety of anyone.
Suggestions
If you make suggestions to Vertue on improving or adding new features to the service, Vertue shall have the right to use those suggestions without any compensation to you.
License
Vertue grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Vertue Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to view content. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or sublicensed to anyone else. You agree not to perform any other activity with the content besides view it in real-time as part of receiving the service. You agree not to record it, redistribute it or otherwise use it, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that the Vertue Site and Services contain audio, video, and images, innovations and product ideas (“Content”) protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other rights owned by Vertue, Inc.
Updates
This agreement may not be modified except by a new Terms of Service posted on vertue.com, in the Vertue App, or in a written amendment by a representative of Vertue, Inc. Any update will be effective as of the date it was posted.
